Adventure Rangers
Adventure rangers for the SurvivorKids Camp will be leaders of small groups, travelling from session to session with the same campers (grades K-8th) throughout the entire week.
They are to facilitate a team mentality within their group and ensure that every camper feels included.
Various tasks may include: managing group dynamics, hiking with groups through the trails to course sessions, assisting the outdoor experts in their presentations, managing group during breaks such as snack, and being an active participant in the outdoor learning.
Adventure Rangers should expect to spend a majority of their time outdoors.
Job specifics:
Assist in camper check-ins and check-outs
Participate in up to 5 training week days (the first being June 12th)
Work for 8 weeks (June 17-21, June 24-28, July 8-12, July 15-19, July 22-26, July 29- Aug.

5-9 and Aug.
12-16)
Report each day to Knabusch Math and Science Center at 8:15am and expect to leave at 3:45pm (30 min lunch on your own)
Preference will be given to outgoing and adventurous candidates who have worked with the SurvivorKids Camp in previous years or are working towards a degree in education.
A daily wage of $115 provided
