*About the role:*
* Greet customers when they enter the store.
* Checking and scanning customer IDs and ensuring all customers are of legal age before entering.
* Answering phones and fielding calls to appropriate staff members.
* Gathering customer contact information for dispensary loyalty programs and identification into POS system.
* Detail-oriented - you’ll be checking IDs and managing the queue at the door, which must be done correctly to be compliant
* Working together with the rest of the team to ensure all tasks are completed, which may include cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
*Preferred skills:*
* Friendly, upbeat, and welcoming
* Well organized and capable of multitasking
* Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
* Knowledge of all products carried in-store
* Impeccable customer service skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft computer systems
* Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.
