```Duties``` - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service and guest relations abilities - Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette - Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information - Flexibility to work evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
