Expected to be a key cross-functional contributor and collaborative member of our Sales and Marketing Traction Team.
Initiate and execute the business development of action plans to penetrate new and existing markets.
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
Ensure pricing of all products meets expected profit margin Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Manage effective customer communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Partner with our outside sales contractor network and participate in customer calls together.
Analyze statistics or other data from our CRM system to determine the level of customer service our organization is providing.
Coordinating with customer service and production manager to ensure orders are delivered and exceed customer expectations.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in technical field and 7+ years in industrial sales.
Prior heat treat sales experience a plus.
Position may require extensive travel throughout the Great Lakes area.
