Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team.
As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked on shelves
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Adhere to all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulations
Skills:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is desirable
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
- Proficient in using technology for sales transactions and inventory management
- Upselling skills to promote additional products or accessories
