Budtender

We are looking for Budtenders to join our Nar Cannabis Team! We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who have a positive mindset with the desire to grow within the cannabis industry and provide patients with safe and reliable options.
Responsibilities and Duties: * Assist recreational & medical marijuana patients in choosing products that will best treat their conditions or needs * Explain benefits of various medical marijuana products and show patients how to properly use and store those products.
* Ability to adhere to the highest customer service standards at all times * Available to work varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Possess strong attention to deal and mathematical skills * Ability to make cannabis-specific recommendations * Knowledge of Cannabis, consumption methods, and dosing.
* Manage all aspects of sales, enter sales orders and dispense change to the customers * Work successfully and efficiently under a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Skills: * High school diploma or GED [Required] * Must be 21 years of age or older [Required] * Must be able to pass a background check [Required] * Ability to lift and move up to 10 to 25 lbs [Required] * Must have reliable transportation [Required] * Must have a positive, front facing, attitude * Must work well in a fast-pace and high volume enviorment.
* Must work well in a team environment * Must be on time and work regular scheduled hours * *Must be able to work nights and weekends* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.
