· We are specifically looking for people with CONSISTENT WEEKEND availability, including Sundays.
We rotate weekend shifts as needed, but are really looking for someone to reliably cover most weekends.
*Core Duties*
* Be aware of and follow all compliancy rules, per the State of Michigan & LARA
* Maintain and build your working knowledge of the properties and uses of cannabis, as well as learn about our products.
* Provide a speedy, accurate, welcoming, and knowledgeable check out for every guest.
* Help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
* Ensure product on the sales floor is visually appealing and ready for sale.
* Be aware of the daily deals.
* Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
* Build and maintain customer profiles and experiences.
* Maintain professionality during all customer interactions and service rushes.
* Be able to learn, understand, and use our POS system fluently.
* Help the rest of the team maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
* Stock product on the sales wall.
*Experience/Qualifications*
* · Sales/customer service REQUIRED
* · Over 21 years old and can pass a background check
* · Authorized to work in U.
S.
* · Knowledge of medical or recreational cannabis uses and/or procedures is a plus
* · Be able to maintain a balanced till.
* · Be able to stand for long periods of time, carry up to 20lbs, and bend/reach for merchandise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.
