Hardware Associate

\*\*Overview:\*\* Join our team as a Hardware Associate where you will play a key role in assisting customers with their hardware needs.
We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused and have a passion for providing exceptional service.
\*\*Duties:\*\* - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking products.
\*\*Experience:\*\* - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
