*Job Description:*
You’ll play an important role in our daily operations, working independently across multiple locations.
This is an active job with a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks, including:
* Assisting customers and recommending the right storage solution for their needs.
* Keeping our facilities sparkling clean through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, and light maintenance.
* Required to lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
* Conduct daily property checks to check on unit availability ensuring each unit is customer-ready.
* Reconciling daily payments and making bank deposits.
* Helping customers stay on top of their payments by making timely follow-up reminder calls.
*Qualifications:*
We’re looking for individuals that care about helping people.
It’s a bonus if you’ve worked in a service-based industry such as retail, fast food, property management, or hospitality.
