*What you will be doing:* * Perform preventative and routine maintenance for test equipment.
* Monitors and improves efficiency, output, and safety of manufacturing processes.
* Communicate with supervisors and peers to resolve issues.
* Run quality controls on components and final products.
* Develop test environments and test cases for all mechanical and electrical systems.
* Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes.
* Suggest fixes and improvements.
* Document technical issues and solutions.
* Build automated testing systems for regular checks.
* Ensure our products and procedures meet industry standards (e.
g.
ISO).
* Conduct data analysis using the test results.
* Develop and maintain test fixtures and test equipment.
* Develop Automation scripts as feasible leveraging existing tools in the project.
* Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment.
* Conduct OEE analysis on a regular basic and corrective actions for improvement.
*What you'll need to be successful:* *Essential:* * Minimum 8 year experience as a Test Engineer or similar role (ICT, ATE, etc.
,).
* Specialized in testing and validating electronic components and systems using automated test equipment.
* Demonstrated understanding of analog and digital testing.
* Familiarity with various testing techniques.
* Hands-on experience with testing tools (such as Selenium, Apache JMeter, LabVIEW, or TestStand).
* Knowledge of troubleshooting skills.
* Analytical mindset.
* Bachelor's degree or above in computer science and/or electrical engineering, with understanding of engineering practices, principles, processes and systems; or equivalent.
* Able to support production beyond standard hour when needed.
