Looking for healthy stool donors for a fecal microbial transplant.
I am a medical student majoring in biochemistry and my older brother is suffering from a rare autoimmune disorder we know can be cured or even eased through transplant of stool (healthy diverse microbes and enzymes) from a healthy donor.
I am looking for someone younger than 25 with no health issues, no primary diet, and who has no issues passing bowel movements daily (no diarrhea or pale colored stool, must be firm and brown) to donate so I can sterilize it and prepare the sample for a FMT procedure for my buddy.
The ideal donor is a young child around the age of 1-4 years old, but anyone under the age of 25 shall do.
We will contact you via facetime call and ask for your social media to confirm you are who you say you are.
There will also be talks about how the stool will be collected, and packaged and we go from there.
This is a very serious procedure and the stool has to be healthy.
It will be tested before the procedure happens otherwise serious health implications can occur.
Remember, the ideal donor is a young child.
The microbiome of a baby is a gold mine.
A healthy young child that is breastfed has been known to strongly reduce symptoms of many GI disorders and even autism in adults and children.
A brand new microbiome consisting of only Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Firmicutes is what most recipients look for and healthy stool from a baby will consist primarily of this making it extra potent.
