Responsibilities: General management of State of Michigan Licensed Christian Child Care Center, including developing, implementing, and evaluating program and center policies.
Administering day-to-day operations, including being available to address parent, child, and staff issues.
Monitoring staff, including annual evaluations.
Maintain records of attendance, registration, student records, health records and licensing reports Monitor Income and expenses and react accordingly to variances in the operating budget to maintain a financially sound Center Administer the software used to track employee timekeeping, paid time off, children’s attendance, billing, and payments - Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Develop and implement educational programs and lesson plans that align with the special education needs of children.
- Provide tutoring and support to children in various subjects, including math and language development.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support their growth.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support in implementing effective teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, enrollment, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety guidelines.
Skills: - Strong background in special education or childhood development.
- Experience working with children of various ages, including toddlers.
- Knowledge of lesson planning techniques and curriculum development.
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for children.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age.
Associate degree Early Childhood Education or higher; Experience working in early childhood program as Administrator or Director in ECE program preferred.
3 Semester hours of college credit or approved training inchild careadministration, leadership, or management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills Must pass Background Check; TB Test Recent and Physical Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
