*Job Summary* Responsible for billing customers for completed work and following up on unpaid invoices.
o Fully participate in and support the K C Logistic, Inc policies and procedures o Post deposits for Tran Tech o Submit VINS payment o Track aging of payments and non-payments of each VIN invoiced o Locate and solve non-payment errors o Handle overpayments and short pays o Process and code carrier claim payments in Accounts Payables o Release appropriate billing items in McLeod for each terminal location o Process live checks for deposits o Sort and process invoices weekly *Minimum Qualifications* o Former transportation billing experience o Computer literate *Knowledge and Skills Preferred* o McLeod o E-supplier (FCA) o VTS o Strong oral and written communications o Attention to detail o Auditing skills o Problem solving skills o Maintain confidentiality o Strong organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
