POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for accounting support functions for Midway Products Group, Inc.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage daily banking activities for all facilities
Review and sign payment runs for all facilities (checks, ACHs, credit cards)
Prepare and make weekly bank deposits
Initiate online payments
Account reconciliations
Backup for plant payroll review
Assist in corporate payables processing and invoicing
Support activities and special projects to support corporate accountants.
Research and detail pricing issues
Assist with year-end physical inventory audits
Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
College degree in accounting preferred
Experience in the manufacturing field preferred
SPECIAL SKILLS
Computer literate
Strong MS Office, Excel Skills
Plex software experience preferred
